Happy Fall Everyone - I hope this finds you well!
As always, with the beginning of autumn, change is in the air and I have three great things happening on the immediate horizon which I would love to share with you:
First, Starting Sept 25th, I will be hitting the road for a couple of weeks with Grammy Award Winning Producer, Tom Hambridge and his band The Rattlesnakes. We will be supporting George Thorogoood and The Destroyers for a number of dates along the East Coast including a two-night stand at BB KING’s in NYC (9/26 and 9/27). We will be ending the run with two local shows at The House Of Blues in Boston October 7th and The Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom on October 8th. Please come out for a great time. I had a blast playing with these guys this summer and I would love to see you there! For show info and updates please check my performances page.
I’m also very excited to report that ADVENTURE IN SOUND will be returning to The Outpost 186 in Cambridge, MA for a performance on Wednesday, October 12th at 8PM. Please join us for an evening of electro-acoustic improvisations. We’ve had a number of Epic evenings at The Outpost over the last couple of years and the audience has always been a major part of our journey! We hope to see you there.

Hey All,
Just a brief note to let you know of some really exciting local performances coming up these next couple of weeks, including gigs with the likes of Charles Neville and Tom Hambridge! It's a real honor for me to share the stage with these legends so I hope you can catch a show (or two!) while they are in town.
Things get started THIS Friday Night (8/21) at King's Bowling Alley in Back Bay Boston at 9:30PM as I have the great fortune to be playing with both Bruce Bartlett (guitar) and Ed Lucie (bass). These two cats are legendary and worth checking out....and also...you can, like, BOWL there dude!
Saturday (8/20), it's a double header with the Charles Neville/Harvey Diamond Quartet as we'll be playing the Salem Soul and Jazz Festival in Salem, MA at 3:00PM and Chianti Jazz Lounge and Restaurant at 9:00PM
Next weekend Tom Hambridge and The Rattlesnakes come to town and we'll be doing THREE really great local shows worth checking out: Friday 8/26 at Meadowbrook U.S. Cellular Pavilion in Gilford NH (supporting Lynyrd Skynyrd and The Doobie Brothers), Saturday 8/27 at Johnny D's in Somerville, MA and Sunday 8/28 at The Grog in Newburyport, MA. Both 8/27 and 8/28 and CD release dates for Tom's new album "BOOM" and promise to be, as they say, a rockin' good time!
Lastly, at the urging of old friend and webmaster Brian Wallace, I have finally (for the most part) updated my website www.davidefox.net It's still a work in progress, but you can check out the new media page, updated performance schedule and info on both the trio, Adventure In Sound and teaching. Please keep checking back as I will be making updates and posting info for more exciting shows in Sept and Oct! Many thanks again to Brian Wallace for his work on this!
I hope this all finds you as enjoy the last days of summer!!
